The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service. The legal basis for processing is primarily based on the performance of the contract (to provide the requested service) and your explicit consent (for personalized advertising and tracking).

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Advertising
This application uses the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads. In accordance with Apple's policies, you will be asked for explicit permission to track your activity. You can decline this permission at any time in iOS Settings. Processing only occurs with your explicit consent.

A. Registration and Authentication
The User registers by filling out the registration form and providing the Personal Data directly to this Application.
Personal Data collected: First Name; Email address.
Purpose: To create your account, manage your login, and provide customer support.
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract/requested service.
B. Advertising (AdMob)
This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes.

Personal Data processed: Cookies; Unique Device Identifiers for Advertising (IDFA); Advertising Data.

We use third-party services to manage subscriptions. We do not process payment details (like credit cards) directly; they are handled by Apple.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active (Principle of storage limitation).
Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
This Application is not intended for children under 13, in line with the US COPPA Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Note: In some EU countries, the age of digital consent may be higher (up to 16); parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor the use of the app by minors.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our service providers (Firebase, RevenueCat) are located. These transfers are made ensuring an adequate level of data protection, often through the providers' adherence to recognized regulatory frameworks or the use of approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
